[Report in Thai] This research examines the challenges, opportunities, and future directions for strengthening micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) and global social shifts under the “Next Normal” context to prepare for hosting the 2022 APEC SME meetings in Thailand. It highlights key findings from data analysis and stakeholder engagement, focusing on policy, capacity building, collaboration, and sustainable development. The study also provides practical recommendations to improve effectiveness, increase participation, and support long-term impact for communities and organisations involved in the sector.
