Future-Ready TVET

We modernize technical and vocational education by aligning training with real industry demand—especially in advanced manufacturing and emerging sectors. Our approach integrates technical expertise with essential industrial competencies, including safety, digital fluency, and sustainability, ensuring graduates are skilled, adaptable, and ready to perform from day one. |
AI and Digital Skills for a Digital World

We leverage AI and digital innovation to transform how people learn and work. By embedding blended learning, digital platforms, and AI-enabled tools into STEM and TVET, we empower learners and educators with the skills, mindsets, and agility needed to succeed in a fast-evolving, technology-driven economy. |
Green Skills for Sustainable Economies
 |
We prepare learners for the transition to green economies by embedding sustainability and climate literacy into education systems. Through regional initiatives—such as the Mekong Green Skills Accelerator—we build practical competencies in renewable energy, energy efficiency, and low-carbon innovation, enabling a workforce that drives inclusive and sustainable growth. Over 160 educators and 19,400 students across Thailand and Vietnam have already applied green skills through our programs. |
Education-to-Employment Transition

We support learners to successfully move from education into meaningful work. By combining technical training with employability and 21st-century skills—such as communication, teamwork, and problem-solving—alongside practical job-readiness skills (CV writing, job-search strategies, and interview skills), we ensure graduates are confident, prepared, and connected to real career opportunities. Over 140 educators have strengthened their capacity, nearly 3,900 TVET students have benefited from our initiatives, and 267 technicians have been reskilled to meet evolving industry needs. |
Inclusive and Safe Learning Classroom

We promote inclusive, safe, and equitable learning environments where every learner can thrive. Our work advances gender equality—particularly girls’ education and women in STEM—while empowering students with voice and agency to shape their own learning journeys. |
Inclusive Entrepreneur Support

Kenan equips diverse entrepreneurs—from older adults to women business owners—with foundational and future-ready skills through integrated training in business development, financial management, digital transformation, AI adoption, and sustainable, circular entrepreneurship. |
Regional MSME Empowerment
 |
Kenan leads regional capacity-building initiatives that strengthen MSME ecosystems and foster policy linkages in critical sectors like tourism and the digital economy. By developing research-based roadmaps, we help MSMEs adapt to post-pandemic challenges and enhance cluster competitiveness. Through digital upskilling, coaching, and hybrid workshops, we also empower entrepreneurs across ASEAN with the tools and support needed to grow their businesses and access new opportunities. |
Women-Led Business Resilience

From local communities in Thailand’s Deep South to women entrepreneurs across ASEAN, Kenan delivers tailored support that empowers individuals to grow and sustain their businesses. Our programs provide hands-on entrepreneurship training, business pitching opportunities, mentorship, access to finance, and exposure to new markets and networks. |
Civic Engagement & Active Citizenship

Strengthen individuals and organizations engaged in social advocacy and peacebuilding, such as local CSOs and civic leaders. Promote active citizenship among youth and women—both locally and regionally—by empowering them to participate meaningfully in society, through developing strong leadership skills, and engaging in community-led initiatives that drive positive social change. |
Public Health & Wellbeing

Strengthen community health systems by building the capacity of community health volunteers (CHVs) and medical personnel, especially in underserved areas. Our programs also aim at empowering youth—particularly adolescent girls—and women, including factory workers and migrants, with knowledge and access to sexual and reproductive health, mental wellness, and nutrition services. |
Sustainable Livelihoods

Promote sustainable livelihoods by equipping local communities with entrepreneurship skills and promoting financial independence. Our programs focus on fostering innovation developed by local enterprises to reduce local communities’ reliance on external aid by empowering them with essential knowledge and skills to achieve sustainable financial independence and withstand economic and environmental challenges, thereby ensuring long-term socio-economic and environmental resilience. |
